1.DEFINITIONS
1.1. BETA TEST: A test phase for the game which will be reset before the server goes officially " live "
1.2. CASH POINT: A separate currency which can be purchased for real cash (USD, euro, etc..), and can be used to purchase in-game items
1.2. GAME KEYS: Item given out by GM's during event's which can be used to purchase in-game items
1.3. GM: A game master manages all aspects of the actual game itself and everything in the game
1.3. GA: A game advisor provides support to the players by answering any questions they may have * they are not game masters and have no special privileges *
2.WEBSITE
2.1. PURPOSE: Our website provides you with the help that you need to enjoy the game such as: creating an account, contacting support, changing your password, purchasing points, etc..
2.2. LIMITATIONS :
2.2.1. Any abuse in the form of signing up, logging in, resetting your password, changing your password will lead to your ban from our website temporarily or permanently.
2.2.2. Any abuse in the form of using the email confirmation services will lead to a temporary block.
2.2.3. Any abuse or overusing of support/bug report services will lead to a temporary block.
3.SHOP
3.1. PURPOSE: Our shop offers content that you can obtain in the game at a reasonable rate, it exists to fund the server and keep it alive
3.2. LIMITATIONS :
3.2.1. Any refund/reverse actions will lead to a permanent ban and we will dispute your claim and there is no refund policy what so ever (as we informed you well about our cash shop rules)
3.2.2. You can send a support ticket only if your payment stayed pending for more than 8 hours
3.2.3. Any abuse or spam will lead to your permanent ban
4.IN-GAME
4.1. LIMITATIONS :
4.1.1 Any kind of programs for hacking / (macro, bots, etc..) / spoofing and interception of game packets are not allowed at all.
Penalty type: Permanent ban on this server.
4.1.2 Spamming, flooding, advertising in all kind of chats is not allowed.
Penalty type: First time - 6 hours chat block; Second time - 24 hours chat block; Third time - account ban for 1 week.
4.1.3 The user shall never attempt to reproduce or use an Exploit (any benefit acquired from the direct or indirect action of exploitation shall be reversed and may cause a ban
4.1.4 The abuse of PVP such as hunting player, portal camping, killing the same person consecutively more than 10 times unless both parties agree to fight will not be tolerated. As well as portal camping is not allowed too.
4.1.5 Pking in normal dungeons and griefing that will lead to a server Banned either temporarily or permanently. PK in secret dungeons is allowed.
5.COMMON RULES :
5.1.Naming Policy :
The user shall not use character names, group names, guild names, guild icons, profile pictures, nicknames on the website / forums / ingame that are:
5.1.1 -Vulgar, abusive, hateful, racist, defamatory, threatening, pornographic or sexually orientated
5.1.2 -Referring to inappropriate or private parts of the human body or bodily functions
5.1.3 -Referring to drugs or illegal activities
5.1.4 -Related to the Nazi regime
5.1.5 -Referring to religious figures or religious organizations
5.1.6 -Related to political regimes or personalities involved or suspected of violation of human rights
5.1.7 -Promoting violence, ethnical, racial or national hatred, hatred regarding sexual orientation
5.1.8 -Impersonating an existing player
5.1.9 -Violating the intellectual or industrial rights of a third party, including trademarks
5.1.10 -Promoting or encouraging suicide
5.1.11 -Intended to confuse or be difficult to track such as a barcode name (IlllIlllI)
5.1.12 -Referring to illness/disease
The use of alternate spelling, for instance by replacing letter with number, in order to violate the above mentioned rules shall be considered a violation of the naming policy as meant in this Article 5.1
5.2.Discussion And Communication
5.2.1. Any kind of racism, nacism, nationalism manifestations and their propaganda; any kind of religious insulting is not allowed.
5.2.1. hate speach are not allowed in game, website or forum such as insulting ,name calling .
5.3. Account sharing
Any actions done in the game due to account sharing will not be reversed , your not supposed to share your account with anyone .

6.PRIVACY :
to ensure the protection of the sser’s personal data in compliance with General Data Protection Regulation, more information is provided in the Privacy Policy.
7.RESERVATION OF RIGHTS AND OWNERSHIP:
DOMINATION SERVER reserves any and all rights, implied or otherwise, which are not expressly granted to the user in this agreement.
8.MODIFICATION OF THE AGREEMENT:
DOMINATIONS SERVER may modify the terms and conditions at any time without notice
